If you've never visited a traditional bathhouse before, you're not alone. The experience is simple, relaxing, and fully guided from start to finish.
Men’s services are provided on the first floor with male attendants, while women’s services take place on the second floor with female attendants.

No reservation is necessary, but plan to arrive early to avoid wait times. Plan for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours for your visit. Total time can vary due to the number of visitors.
You'll check in, and be guided to your private changing area. Staff will explain everything along the way.
An attendant will wrap you comfortably in a bath sheet. Bathing suits are optional, so you can choose what feels most comfortable. The bath sheet provides coverage between treatments, ensuring your privacy throughout your visit.
We provide secure lockers for your clothing and shoes, and if you’d like a little extra comfort during your visit, spa slippers are available for purchase.
Tipping is optional and can be given in cash or added to a credit card.

You 'll enjoy a series of traditional services as part of your thermal bath experience (services vary by package):
- Private Whirlpool Mineral Bath
- Steam Cabinet
- Sitz Bath
- Hot Towel Packs
- Swedish Massage
Your attendant will guide you through each step and adjust the experience to your comfort. You’re welcome to skip any portion, but please note that no refunds are provided for unused services.
All hydrotherapy treatments are completely chemical-free, using only the natural thermal waters sourced from 47 protected, mineral-rich hot springs.
Each tub and fixture is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every use, and fresh thermal water is drawn for each guest.

Services are available for guests ages 10 and up. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, or a thyroid condition, it’s a good idea to check in with your physician beforehand if you have any questions.
For your safety, we’re not able to offer bath treatments to anyone with open wounds or sores, or to those who have had surgery within the past six weeks.
If you choose to move forward with services, you’re doing so at your own discretion and responsibility.
